Terms of Service
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GOALPOSTアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービスの概要
本アプリは、サッカーの試合結果やキックオフ情報をかっこいい画像にしてSNSにシェアできるサービスです。
2. 利用資格
本アプリは13歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。13歳未満の方は保護者の同意が必要です。
3. 知的財産権
本アプリのデザイン・テンプレート・コードに関する知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。
本アプリはチーム名・ロゴ・エンブレムなどの公式チーム素材を一切使用しておらず、ユーザーが入力したカラー情報のみを使用します。ユーザーが作成した画像の著作権はユーザー自身に帰属します。
4. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・複製
- 本アプリを使用した違法コンテンツの作成・配布
- 他者の著作権・商標権を侵害するコンテンツの作成
- 本アプリの商業的な再販・転用
- その他法令に違反する行為
5. 課金・返金について
本アプリのPremiumプランはサブスクリプション（月額・年額）で提供されます。
- 無料トライアル期間終了後、自動的に有料プランに移行します
- 解約はいつでもApp Store／Google Playの設定から行えます
- 返金はApp Store／Google Playの返金ポリシーに従います
- テンプレートパックは買い切り型で返金はできません
6. 免責事項
本アプリは現状のまま提供され、特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
7. サービスの変更・終了
開発者は予告なく本アプリの機能変更・サービス終了を行う場合があります。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GOALPOST app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The App allows users to create stylized images of soccer match results and kickoff information for sharing on social media.
2. Eligibility
The App is available to users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 require parental consent.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App's design, templates, and code belong to the developer.
The App does not use any official team logos, emblems, or branding. Only user-provided color information is used. Copyright in images created by users belongs to the respective users.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or copying the App
- Creating or distributing illegal content using the App
- Creating content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
- Commercially reselling or repurposing the App
- Any other activity that violates applicable laws
5. Payments and Refunds
The Premium plan is offered as a subscription (monthly or annual).
- After the free trial, the subscription renews automatically
- You may cancel anytime through App Store or Google Play settings
- Refunds are subject to the App Store / Google Play refund policies
- Template packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Changes and Termination
The developer may modify or discontinue the App's features or service without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
